Bi-Cycle Rally from Guwahati to Shillong Peak carrying the message of POLLUTION FREE ENVIRONMENT

A Bi-Cycle Expedition to Shillong Peak was undertaken by members of SPOT to carry the message of Pollution free Environment. The rally was of flagged off on 25 th August 2008 by Shri A.K.Bora, Hony President of SPOT, Guwahati at Veterinary Play Ground, Khanapara. The expedition was financially assisted by M/s Numaligarh Refinery Ltd., an eco-friendly company in the energy sector.

The expedition aroused enthusiasm among the public enroute. The expedition was led by Shri. Bikram Boro, General Secretary of SPOT, Guwahati with members, Shri Manas Protim Hazarika, Shri Dibyajyoti Das, Shri Pankaj Gurung, Shri Naba kr Barman, Shri Biswajit Barman.
